Small Heading
Osage Oranges under the Tree - Fall 2017

We are a small environmentally friendly forestry operation with a sawmill, drying shed, and direct wood sales to local builders and hobbyists located in the Blue Ridge Mountains between Crozet and Waynesboro (Charlottesville Area). We have a wide variety of native home-grown tree/plant seeds and nuts available for sale. We currently have a large selection of in-season seeds like Osage Orange and Chestnut Oak, along with species like Ash, Red and White Oak, Hickory, Walnut and many more as their seasons approach. We also offer lumber from among a wide range of hardwood species and our sawyer is available for custom milling per request if interested.

Our Osage Orange fruits come in large and small sizes (3-4 or 5-6 inches) while Chestnut Oak nuts typically run around 1-2 inches in size. Seeds are perfect for replanting and fruits are widely popular for home décor by applying lacquer/varnish for preservation. Osage Orange fruits are available for sale by the quart bag ($5) or gallon bag ($20) with a minimum purchase of $20. Wide variety of seeds or nuts to mix and match.
